Michelle Dagnino

Michelle Dagnino is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in nonprofit management, consulting, and legal advocacy. Since November 2011, Michelle has served as the Executive Director of the Jane/Finch Community and Family Centre, where responsibilities include strategic planning, program development, and community engagement. As a Partner at Lura Consulting since February 2013, Michelle focuses on infrastructure development, strategic planning, and diversity strategies. Prior to that, Michelle operated Michelle Dagnino & Associates, providing consulting services in program evaluation and governance. Michelle's earlier career includes roles as the Youth Venture Director for Ashoka in Canada and as an Associate Lawyer at Cavalluzzo Hayes Shilton McIntyre Cornish LLP, advocating for various clients in workplace justice. Michelle holds an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School and has advanced education in political science from York University, as well as ongoing business studies at Harvard Business School.
