Youssef El-Moukhtar Mokhtari is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in technology, consulting, and event management. Currently, Youssef serves as Co-Founder of RÉMI, focusing on innovative edible media experiences, and as Chief Executive Officer at Raijin Technologies, a tech and financial consulting firm. Additionally, Youssef holds positions as Chief Intervention Marshall at Lusail International Circuit and Grand Prix Intervention Marshall with the Automobile Club de Monaco, overseeing on-track safety during high-stakes motorsport events. Previous roles include Full Stack Software Consultant at Dtal Technologies, President and Co-Founder of ID8 Lab and MVP Club at James Cook University, along with software engineering and cybersecurity positions early in Youssef's career.
