Marko Ristanovic

Marko Ristanovic is an experienced civil engineer with a Master’s degree from the University of Belgrade, specializing in project management and hydraulic modeling. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Lustica Bay since August 2017, Marko leads the development of essential infrastructure projects, including water supply systems, sewerage systems, and golf course irrigation. Prior to this role, Marko worked as a Construction Manager and Project Manager at Vodacom, overseeing significant water and wastewater system projects. Marko also has experience as a Hydraulic Modeling Engineer, contributing to water supply network optimization along the Adriatic Coast.
