Arlene Smith

Arlene Smith is a skilled People, Culture, and Engagement Specialist at Luther Burbank Center for the Arts since June 2022, focusing on enhancing employee alignment and engagement through innovative solutions. Previously, Arlene served as the Director of Training and Development at The Personnel Perspective, where responsibilities included developing the training department to support firm growth and advising on strategic transformations.
