Leah Meyer, PT, DPT, CSRS, currently serves as the Outpatient Rehabilitation Operations Manager and previously held the role of Inpatient Rehabilitation Operations Manager at Lutheran Health Network since June 2016. Additionally, Leah has experience as a Clinical III Physical Therapist- Neurology Team Lead and is a Board-Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist. Prior to this role, Leah worked as the Marketing Director at Spectrum Eyewear Gallery from March 2009 to August 2013. Leah earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Dayton between 2013 and 2016 and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Indiana University South Bend from 2009 to 2013.
