Tricia Davis

Tricia Davis FAICD FAMI CPM has extensive experience in various leadership roles, most notably as Executive Lead Aged Care and Quality and Executive Lead - Customer, Marketing and Product at Lutheran Services Australia since September 2015. Prior to this, Tricia founded and served as Managing Director at SANDBOX from 2003 to 2015, specializing in strategic business planning, program evaluations, and community behavior change programs. Previous positions include Director at Womensport Qld and Family Planning Qld, and various sales and marketing roles at Energex and Optus, where Tricia developed strategies to drive growth in both energy and telecommunications sectors. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and Business Strategy from The University of Queensland, a Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy also from The University of Queensland.
