Mike B.

Mike B. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. From 2003 to the present day, they have been associated with Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota, starting as an Application/Database Manager and progressing to Senior Director of Information Technologies, and currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Information Technology. Mike has been responsible for various aspects of the organization's database environment and has supervised applications staff. Mike B. also worked as an Umpire for Northwest Umpire Assoc from 2016 to 2020 and for North Star Umpires from 2011 to 2017. Before that, they held the position of Manager Applications Development at Red Wing Shoe Company from 1990 to 2002.

Mike B. received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Mike attended the university from 1984 to 1988. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Hastings Senior High School from 1979 to 1983. In addition to their formal education, Mike obtained a certification in IT Management and Leadership Executive (ITMLE) from the IT Management and Leadership Institute in May 2022.
