Brenda Dalal

Brenda Dalal has over 30 years of experience in the field of benefits and compensation. Brenda began their career as a Benefits Associate at Keebler Company in 1994. Brenda then moved on to Lutheran Social Services of Illinois where they held various roles, including Director of Benefits & Compensation from 1996 to 2001 and Senior Director of Benefits & Compensation from 2006 to present. In between their time at Lutheran Social Services, they worked at Silgan Closures, LLC as a Human Resources Manager, focusing on benefits and compensation. Brenda also gained valuable experience as a Staff Specialist in Benefits & Compensation at Mileage Plus, Inc. (United Airlines). Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in overseeing compensation programs and managing benefits administration. Brenda holds multiple certifications including CEBS, CCP, CBP, and SHRM-SCP.

Brenda Dalal earned their Bachelor's degree in Management/Human Resources Management from Northeastern Illinois University, graduating in 1996. Brenda has obtained several certifications including the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2015, Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) in 2004, Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), both from WorldatWork in 2000. Brenda also obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2000.
