Don Mitchell Jr.

Don Mitchell Jr. possesses over 13 years of experience in IT support and network administration, currently serving as a Network Administrator at Lutheran Social Services of Illinois since August 2010. In this role, responsibilities include PC imaging and deployment, group policy management, endpoint management, software deployment, and providing tier 2 and 3 support, while collaborating closely with network engineers and support technicians. Prior to this, Don held the position of Senior Support Technician, providing technical assistance to users, and has experience as a Desktop Support Administrator and Help Desk Specialist at ITW from February 2000 to May 2010. Don earned a Bachelor's degree from DeVry University between 2001 and 2005.
