Kirsten Mack has extensive work experience in various organizations. Kirsten started their career at Starfish Family Services in 2004 as a Program Manager and later became a Quality Director. In 2013, they joined Jewish Family Service of Metropolitan Detroit as the Director of Counseling Services and eventually became the Senior Director of Quality Improvement. In 2015, Kirsten returned to Starfish Family Services as the Director of Quality, Risk Management, and Operations, and later became the Director of Value Acceleration. In 2019, they joined JARC as the Chief Program Officer and then served as the Director of Special Projects. Kirsten is currently working as the Director of Corporate Compliance at Samaritas since 2021.
Kirsten Mack obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Kirsten then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Social Service Administration at the University of Chicago from 1999 to 2001.
