Laila Totakhel

Laila Totakhel is a skilled professional with a strong background in law and social services, holding a Master’s degree in Law from Kabul University (2007-2012). Currently serving as a Case Manager at Lutheran Social Services of the National Capital Area since December 2021, Laila previously held the position of Analyst at Catholic Charities USA from December 2017 to December 2020.
