Erin Kraft is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as Program Manager and Program Supervisor for the Family Preservation Programs at Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI, overseeing initiatives across multiple counties since December 2010. Previously, Erin held roles as a Mental Health Therapist, providing in-home support and working within the United Way's PATH for Students program. Prior experience includes serving as a Community Support Specialist Intern at Outagamie County Dept. of Health & Human Services and as a Behavior Management Specialist at Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin. Erin holds a Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Development from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
