Cecilia Uriarte

Cecilia Uriarte has over three decades of professional experience in administration and project management. Currently serving as the Regional Administration and Project Management Officer at Lutheran World Relief since November 1994, Cecilia has developed extensive expertise in managing projects effectively. Previously, Cecilia worked as an administrative assistant at INICAM from January 1989 to December 1991 and as a secretary at Sumacompsa from January 1981 to December 1988, contributing to a solid foundation in administrative functions.
