Robin Porter

Robin Porter serves as a Board Member of the Integrated Care Board with Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes Integrated Care Partnership since June 2020, contributing to NHS service planning and resource allocation. As Chief Executive of Luton Borough Council since October 2007, Robin leads an organization of 2,700 professionals providing diverse services to over 225,000 residents while managing a significant budget. Robin's previous roles include Deputy Chief Executive, Assistant Chief Executive, and various project leadership positions in both the public and private sectors. Educational achievements include an MBA from Imperial College London and completion of advanced leadership programs. Robin's accolades include being recognized among the Top 50 Trailblazers by Public Finance magazine and CIPFA in 2016.
