Yareth Gracia

Yareth Gracia has a strong background in human resources and talent acquisition. Yareth started their career in 2013 as a Professional Recruiter at Fóndika. From there, they moved on to Rocket Internet SE in 2014, where they served as the Senior HR & Talent Acquisition Hellofood Mx. Yareth then joined Rappi in 2016 as the Talent Acquisition Leader before becoming the Head of Human Resources at Jobandtalent. Currently, Yareth is the Head of Human Resources at Zebrands, a position they have held since 2017.

Yareth Gracia has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Universidad del Valle de México, which was obtained from 2009 to 2012. Yareth also completed a Diploma in Developmental Psychology from the Asociación Mexicana de Alternativas Psicológicas from 2014 to 2015. In 2018 to 2019, they pursued a Diploma in Strategic Payroll Administration from the Universidad del Valle de México. Yareth Gracia then obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Universidad del Valle de México from 2019 to 2021. In addition, they have completed the Endeavor People Ops Master Classes certification from Collective Academy in 2022.
