Brianna Swanson

Brianna Swanson, MBA, SPHR, PMI-ACP, currently serves as the Global Head of HR at Lux Research since May 2023. Prior to this role, Brianna held several significant positions at Synchrony from 2015 to May 2023, including Vice President of Total Rewards, Vice President of Human Resources for Technology, and Assistant Vice President of Human Resources for Enterprise Operations. Brianna's earlier career includes roles at Eaton from 2012 to 2015 as HR Manager and HR Business Partner, as well as positions at Hearth & Home Technologies between 2008 and 2012 as HR Manager, HR Generalist, and HR Intern. Brianna holds a Master of Business Administration from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from the University of Minnesota.
