De Haeck Brigitte

De Haeck Brigitte possesses extensive experience in human resources and project management, having served as a Senior Project Manager for Human Resources at Luxinnovation GIE since 1998. In this role, responsibilities include the development and implementation of HR strategic plans, recruitment policies, compensation and benefits, change management, and performance management. Previous roles at Luxinnovation GIE also include Head of SME Services, where Brigitte set up the HR service department, and Project Manager, acting as a national contact point for SME funding programs and European mobility initiatives. Earlier career experience includes a position as Sales Officer for Villeroy & Boch, focusing on the European and US markets. Brigitte holds a Master’s degree in Public Relations and International Affairs from Université catholique de Louvain.
