Sasha Baillie

Sasha Baillie currently serves as CEO of Luxinnovation GIE, a position held since May 2018, where the focus is on supporting Luxembourg-based companies to enhance performance and drive innovation within the country's economy. Prior to this role, Sasha Baillie was a Diplomatic Advisor and Deputy Chief of Staff to the Deputy Prime Minister at the Ministry of Economy from June 2014 to May 2018, and served as Luxembourg Ambassador to Serbia from February 2012 to January 2016. Sasha Baillie also held several significant positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including Director for International Economic Relations and European Affairs, and Deputy Secretary General. Early career experience includes roles as Deputy Head of Mission at both the Luxembourg Embassy in Moscow and the Luxembourg Representation on the EU Political and Security Committee. Sasha Baillie's academic credentials include a Master of Arts in International Relations and Medieval History from the University of St Andrews and study at the European University Institute in Florence.
