Russ Wooddell

Russ Wooddell is a seasoned business development executive with extensive experience in the optics and defense sectors, currently serving at Luxium Solutions. Previously, Russ held several pivotal roles at Saint-Gobain Crystals, where responsibilities included global market management, business development, and significant P&L accountability across various industries, achieving notable sales growth and securing multi-million dollar contracts. Prior to that, Russ gained valuable experience at Lockheed Martin in capture management and technical roles, overseeing major programs and developing strategic market insights. Russ began a career in mechanical engineering after obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University.
