Tyler Will is a Research Engineer at Luxium Solutions since June 2023, specializing in organic radiation detectors and responsible for scintillating and wave shifting fibers. Tyler has served as a Captain and CBRN Officer in the U.S. Army Reserve since May 2019. From July 2021 to July 2023, Tyler was a graduate student at Bucknell University, completing a Master's thesis in Polymer Extrusion under Dr. Wakabayashi. Prior experience includes roles as Manufacturing Team Lead and Process Engineer at Corning Incorporated, and Undergraduate Research Assistant at Bucknell University, where research focused on aortic aneurysms. Tyler also gained experience as an Engineering Intern at Keystone Drill Services Inc. and participated in Army ROTC during undergraduate studies. Tyler holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, both from Bucknell University.
