Anna Solomko

Anna Solomko is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in managing legal departments across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of the Legal Department at LUXOPTICA Holding Ukraine since October 2022, Anna oversees a team of five lawyers and external advisors, providing strategic legal counsel on issues such as tax, intellectual property, corporate matters, and litigation. Prior to this role, Anna was the Head of the Legal Department at Watsons Ukraine for a decade, where responsibilities included advising management on legal strategies and leading company restructuring efforts. Earlier career highlights include serving as the Deputy Head of the Legal Department at OBI Ukraine and as a Lawyer at Oriflame, focusing on contractual work and litigation. Anna holds a specialist degree in Law from International Science and Technical University, obtained between 1998 and 2003.
