Michaela Fias

Michaela Fias is a seasoned professional in brand and marketing, currently serving as the Director of Brand & Marketing at Luxury Presence since September 2021, where leadership of a team of designers and marketers includes overseeing a significant rebranding initiative. Michaela founded CAAS in June 2024 and has held various roles including Marketer in Residence at SKOPLE and Founder at TBD Studio, both since 2023. As a Co-Founder of Mirageset since May 2020, Michaela also operates as a self-employed Brand Builder and Strategist, focusing on enhancing human experiences through innovative strategies. Previous experience includes serving as a Design Strategist at Unicorn Attacks and an Experience Designer at XLAB Realtime, as well as leading design projects at Made by Soulmates. Education includes attendance at Grammar School from 2012 to 2016.
