Cara Devine

Cara Devine is an experienced educational professional and public servant. Currently serving as a Councilwoman for the Borough of Forty Fort since January 2018, Cara also holds the position of Educational Consultant and Learning Support Teacher at Luzerne Intermediate Unit 18 since 2008. Prior experience includes working as an Emotional Support Teacher at Delaware Valley High School from 2006 to 2008. Cara's educational background includes a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching and a Bachelor's degree in both Special Education and Teaching and Elementary Education and Teaching from Misericordia University, as well as a Certificate in Educational Administration and Supervision from the University of Scranton.
