Paul SMART serves as the Global Director of E-Commerce & Digital Operations at LVMH since October 2019, overseeing the digital strategy for TAGHeuer.com and retailer partnerships. Previously, Paul worked at L'Oréal from July 2014 to October 2019, initially as Assistant Vice President of E-Commerce & Digital Marketing, managing strategies for 14 retailer.com accounts, and later as National Account Director for Lancôme, achieving significant e-commerce penetration at Macy's. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Retail & E-Commerce at Alès Group (2010-2014), Director of Marketing and Sales for Biologique Recherche (2006-2009), and Export Coordinator for Yves Rocher (2005-2006). Paul began the career with a fact-finding mission at the Musée du Louvre in China (2004-2005). Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Economics and Finances from Sciences Po Lyon and Audencia, and a Deug in Chinese (Mandarin) from Université Paris Nanterre.
