Samuel Marcelot

Samuel Marcelot has extensive experience in IT service management and project management, currently serving as the Senior IT Service Manager at Moët-Hennessy Information Services - LVMH Wines & Spirits since April 2001. In this role, Samuel ensures contractual performance and continuous improvement of managed systems while overseeing service operations. Previously, Samuel held the position of IS/IT Project Manager from 2001 to 2011, managing a portfolio of information system projects including infrastructure, SAP, and security. Prior experience includes working as a Technical Project Manager at Bombardier Transportation, where Samuel participated in a mobility program and spent three years on expatriation in Montreal. Samuel holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne and an Engineering degree in Information Technology from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
