Dylan Matthiessen has extensive experience in supply chain management and inventory analysis, currently serving as a Demand Planning & Replenishment Analyst at Hissho Sushi Inc. since January 2019, after previously holding roles including Inventory Replenishment Analyst and Purchasing Assistant. Prior to Hissho Sushi, Dylan worked as a Replenishment Buyer at Family Dollar, focusing on household products and food categories to optimize inventory investment and maintain desired stock levels. Dylan's early career includes an internship at Consolidated Systems, Inc., where coordination with suppliers and management of raw materials were key responsibilities. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Global Supply Chain and Operations Management from the University of South Carolina, completed between 2010 and 2014.
