Kritika S. is an experienced professional in food safety and compliance, currently serving as Sr. Food Safety and Compliance Manager at Hissho Sushi Inc. since November 2016. Prior to this role, Kritika held various positions at Phunctional Foods LLC., including Co-Founder, where involvement centered on the production of millet flour-based products.
