Vanessa Bourrilhon has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2016, they started their career as a Food and Beverage Attendant at Grand Hyatt Melbourne, where they worked until 2018. In 2019, Vanessa took on the role of Summer Camp Head of Canoe at Camp Manitou Canada. Vanessa then worked as an Innovation Intern at Australia Post in 2020. In 2021, Vanessa joined Melbourne University Law Students' Society as an Activities Officer and later became an External Competitions Officer. Vanessa also served as a Legal Intern at Refugee Legal from February 2022 to June 2022. Vanessa has gained legal experience as a Seasonal Clerk at Baker McKenzie from November 2022 to December 2022 and at Russell Kennedy Lawyers from January 2023 to February 2023. Currently, they are working as a Legal Assistant at Abbey Injury Law Pty Ltd. Vanessa is also involved in the legal community as the Vice President - Melbourne Student Division at Lawyers Without Borders.
Vanessa Bourrilhon pursued their education with a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Melbourne from 2017 to 2019. Vanessa then attended Penn State University in 2019 for a study abroad program at the Smeal School of Business. Currently, they are enrolled at the University of Melbourne, where they are expected to complete their Juris Doctor degree in Law from 2021 to 2023.
