Adam Schindhelm

Adam Schindhelm has extensive experience in the engineering and project management field. Adam started their career at Ansaldo STS A Hitachi Group Company in 2005, where they worked as a System Engineer until 2007. In 2008, they joined Cochlear as a Principal System Engineer and System Team Manager, a role they held until 2015. During this time, they played a crucial role in the company's system development and management. In 2015, they joined LX Group as the General Manager - Project Services, leading various projects to successful completion. Adam was later promoted to the position of CEO in February 2017. Adam's strong leadership skills and technical expertise have contributed to their successful career in the engineering and project management industry.

Adam Schindhelm obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from UNSW in the years 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Higher School Certificate at Cherrybrook Technology High School from 1995 to 2000. Adam further pursued their education by enrolling in the INSEAD Global Executive MBA program in 2016, finishing in 2017.
