Kacy J. Z. Hagan

Hagan joined Lycoming College in August 2018. She leads the department of Human Resources, including all recruitment and staffing, benefits and compensation administration, payroll, database management (HRIS), recordkeeping retention and file maintenance, performance management, legal and regulatory compliance, policy and procedure development, employee training and development, and employee relations. Hagan also oversees risk management and serves as the Title IX Coordinator for the College.

She earned a Master’s of Business Administration from Strayer University and earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Mary Washington.
