Manda O'Dell

Manda O'Dell is currently working as a Sr Subcontract Specialist at Lycoming Engines since July 2022. Prior to this role, Manda worked at Springs Window Fashions for over two decades, where Manda held the title of Project Lead. In this position, Manda was responsible for project leadership, creating and distributing RFPs, evaluating Statements of Work, coordinating approval of Service Orders, and managing the quality, time, and cost of projects to ensure deliverables and ROI are achieved.
