Nyamgavaa Bayasgalan

Nyamgavaa Bayasgalan is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Lead Field Engineer at Lycopodium, contributing to the construction of the Kiaka Gold Mine in Burkina Faso as part of a 27-member EPCM team. Previously, Nyamgavaa worked as a Project Engineer at Worley, managing eight construction packages for the Oyu Tolgoi UG Construction Project in Mongolia, and held the position of SMP Project Engineer at MCS International LLC, focusing on technical solutions for the Underground Primary Crusher 1. Nyamgavaa holds dual Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Yamaguchi University and Mongolian University of Science and Technology, completed between 2015 and 2020.
