Robert Ellis is a seasoned professional in project engineering and management with extensive experience in the minerals and metals sector. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at Lycopodium since February 2023, Robert has previously held key positions including Study Manager for Macarthur Minerals' Lake Giles Magnetite Iron Ore Project at Optimize Group Inc., and EPCM Project Manager roles at both Worley and Jacobs, covering projects in the Apac region and South America. Notable past achievements include leading the annual expansion of Rio Tinto's residue management facility and managing the Browns Range Rare Earths Demonstration Project for Northern Minerals. With a strong foundation in engineering from the Queensland University of Technology, Robert has demonstrated expertise across various phases of project management, from feasibility and design to construction and commissioning.
