Shlomit Grouda

Shlomit Grouda has over 20 years of work experience in various HR roles. Shlomit is currently working as the Senior Vice President of People at Lycored since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Director at AstraZeneca from October 2017 to February 2021. Shlomit also held positions at AbbVie and Abbott, where they served as the Senior Manager of HR Global Marketing Immunology & HCV and HR Director for Europe South. Before that, they worked at Tescom as the VP of Global HR and HR Director for Israel. Additionally, they have experience as an Account Manager at Ness Technologies and as a Training Coordinator at Ipex-iCS and New-X.

Shlomit Grouda earned a BA degree in criminology from Bar-Ilan University from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed their high school diploma in psychology at Amit from 1993 to 1995.
