Eric Smith

Eric Smith is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communication and public relations. Since October 2018, Eric has served as the Senior Director of Communications, Corporate and Policy at Lyft, holding interim leadership roles that include Head of Communications and Director of Communications. Prior to Lyft, Eric worked at ofo as the Regional Head of Communications for the West and held key positions at Smule, Inc., Pandora, and PlayStation, progressively advancing from Senior Public Relations Specialist to Director of Communications. Eric began a career in media relations with the San Francisco Giants. Eric holds a Master of Arts in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Loyola Marymount University.
