Ganesan Marimuthu

Ganesan Marimuthu is currently an MBA participant at KEDGE Business School, with a focus on Executive MBA studies in collaboration with Malaysian University Science and Technology since April 2023. Ganesan has extensive experience in the mining and processing industries, currently serving as Manager - Cracking & Leaching at Lynas Rare Earths Ltd since March 2018, overseeing 110 staff, enhancing plant efficiency, and leading process improvements. Ganesan previously held positions as Senior Process Engineer at both Lynas Rare Earths and Malaysia Smelting Corporation, where involvement included production planning and process optimization. Earlier roles included Process Engineer at Metal Reclamation Industries and Development Engineer at Agni Energie Inc, focusing on lead smelting and wastewater treatment, respectively. Ganesan commenced a career with TCL Industries Sdn Bhd as Production Engineer. Ganesan holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universiti Malaysia Sabah, obtained in 2007.
