Zane Gibson

Zane Gibson is an experienced project and engineering manager with a strong background in mining, minerals, and construction sectors. Currently serving as the Project Manager for the Mt Weld Expansion Project at Lynas Rare Earths Ltd since September 2022, Zane has previously held significant roles including Manager of Engineering at PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara and REP Project Manager for the Ravenswood Gold Expansion Project at Resolute Mining Limited. Zane's extensive career features positions at various companies such as Mineral Technologies, CS Energy, MMG Limited, Anovar Pty Ltd, Ausenco, and Tenix, showcasing expertise in project management, engineering assurance, and technical direction. Zane holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and an MBA from the University of Cumbria.
