Amanda Cioffi

Amanda Cioffi, LCSW, is an experienced clinician and school social worker currently with Long Island Teletherapy and Lynbrook Union Free School District, respectively, since June 2022 and June 2019. In addition to these roles, Amanda has been a choreographer and teacher at Modern Rythms Dance Academy since August 2011, where support and instruction are provided to competition dancers. Previous positions include Education and Training Supervisor at both the Family and Children's Association and Long Island Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, managing substance abuse prevention programs and clinical teams. Amanda has also worked as a domestic violence counselor and interned as an outreach counselor, acquiring extensive experience in counseling, education, and support services. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Social Work from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Iona University.
