Gina Morgan

Gina Morgan, MBA, CDFM, PMP, DFMCP2, is a seasoned financial management professional with extensive experience in both civilian and military roles. Since April 2017, Gina has served as a Manager at Lynch Consultants, LLC, where responsibilities include cultivating relationships with United States Marine Corps commands and facilitating E&C testing over various assets during Department of Defense audits. Previously, from July 2008 to August 2016, Gina held multiple titles in the United States Army, including Budget Officer for the USAREUR G8 Program, Commander of a deployable financial management detachment, Deputy Disbursing Officer, Financial Management Oversight Officer, and Executive Officer, showcasing expertise in budget management, financial oversight, and team leadership.
