David Karinshak

David Karinshak has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. David is currently working as the Application and Data Services Team Lead at Lynker Technologies since March 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at The Baldwin Group, Inc. where they oversaw technology and software development operations for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Office for Coastal Management. Before that, they held the position of Director of Information Systems at Dell Services and Computers, where they provided information technology support for East Cooper Medical Center. David also worked as a Program Manager at Perot Systems Government Services and as a Spatial Analyst at SOZA & Company, LTD. Additionally, Karinshak has experience as the President and Owner of Palmetto GIS Consulting Services, LLC, Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at Nova Digital Systems, Inc, Director of Geographic Information System at Sabine & Waters, Inc., Information Resource Manager at Berkeley Charleston Dorchester, and Geographic Information Systems Manager at THE BELLE W. BARUCH FOUNDATION.

David Karinshak received a Master of Science degree in GIS/Remote Sensing from the University of South Carolina in 1996.
