Molly Martin

Molly Martin currently serves as the Incidental Take Lead at Lynker, where responsibilities include monitoring incidental take data, evaluating observer performance, and providing guidance on protocols. Previous roles at Lynker included Data Debriefer, focusing on data accuracy and observer training, and Molly has also worked as a Biological Technician at IBSS and an Acoustician at Integrated Statistics. Earlier experiences encompass various roles in marine biology, including Protected Species Observer, At-Sea Monitor, and Animal Care Technician. Molly holds a Master of Philosophy in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography from the College of the Atlantic and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in Marine Biology from the University of South Florida.
