Julie Soubieux

Julie Soubieux has extensive experience in human resources, specializing in compensation and benefits. Currently serving at LYNRED since April 2019, Julie previously held roles at ARaymond Network from March 2009 to January 2019, focusing on compensation and benefits within the headquarters in Grenoble, France. Prior to this, Julie worked as an HR Manager at ALTATECH semiconductor, where the Human Resources department was established. Early career experience includes serving as an HR Assistant at VITEMBAL, overseeing training, development, and HR projects, as well as managing internal communications. Julie holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Newcastle University and a DESMA in Business Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
