Corey Loftus has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. They started their career in 2013 as the Chief of People, Programming, and Culture (C3PO) at hOM, a start-up that was later acquired by Alfred in May 2021. At hOM, Corey navigated the challenges of running a start-up and played a key role in teaching the team how to adapt to changing circumstances.

After the acquisition, Corey joined Alfred as the Senior Manager of Community Sourcing and Development. In this role, they created and implemented a process for national sourcing, hiring, and onboarding of contractors in fitness and events roles. Corey also managed a team of recruiters and coordinators while liaising with the Operations and Sales teams to anticipate hiring needs.

Corey then transitioned to The Open Center, where they served as the Director of Customer Experience. In this position, they assessed the online course booking flow from both the customer and employee perspective and presented their findings to the executive team. Corey also acted as the Project Manager for the transition to a modern open-source system and laid the groundwork for new revenue streams through digital courses and certifications.

Following their time at The Open Center, Corey joined Coburn Ventures Community for Change as a Community Liaison. In this role, they facilitated communication and collaboration between community members and supported various initiatives.

Most recently, Corey worked at Loftus Logic as a Software Engineer and at Lynton as an Associate Support Engineer. These positions showcase Corey's technical skills and their ability to contribute to the development and support of software systems.

Overall, Corey Loftus has a strong background in management, project coordination, customer experience, and technical expertise, making them a versatile and valuable asset to any organization.

Corey Loftus attended Elon University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Music Theatre. In 2022 to 2023, they further pursued their education at General Assembly, focusing on Computer Software Engineering.
