Mick Whitney

Mick Whitney is an experienced accountant with a comprehensive background in financial management and reporting. Currently serving as an Accountant at Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority (LYNX) since May 2021, Mick prepares account analyses, reconciliations, and various reports while ensuring compliance with accounting principles. Previous roles include accounting positions at Elite Metro Corp, Feld Collision Center, and U.S. Lawns, Inc., where Mick managed accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and team supervision. Education includes a Master of Science in Accounting with a concentration in Public Accounting from Strayer University, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology from the University of Central Florida, and additional qualifications as a Certified Public Accountant candidate.
