Jennifer Holley J.D. has over ten years of professional experience in the financial services industry. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at 1st Global as an Operations Quality Control Specialist, Trader, and Problem Resolution and Customer Service Specialist. In 2011, they became a Registered Sales Assistant at Wedbush Securities. In 2012, they were a Legal Intern at Stoel Rives LLP, where they conducted research into startup technology ventures and drafted memos on complex legal issues affecting startup entities. Jennifer also completed a Clinical Internship Seminar entitled Entrepreneurship and the Law. That same year, they also worked as a Law Clerk in the Division of Finance and Corporate Securities for the State of Oregon. In 2013, they co-founded Lynx Solutions, a Business Intelligence and Enterprise Performance Management consultancy. In 2017, they co-founded Jaguar Software, where they serve as the Vice President.
Jennifer Holley J.D. completed their High School Diploma from Vintage High School in 2000. Jennifer then attended The University of Texas at Arlington and obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) cum laude in Communications/Public Relations with a Spanish Minor in 2005. In 2011, they participated in the Summer Study Abroad program at DePaul University College of Law in Asian Legal Studies Institute. Finally, they obtained their Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Lewis & Clark Northwestern School of Law in 2013. Additionally, they obtained their Series 7\u2014General Securities Representative License from FINRA in 2007, their Series 66\u2014Uniform Combined State Law Examination from FINRA in 2008, and their Series 24\u2014General Securities Principal License from FINRA in 2008.
