Mickaela dela Cruz

Mickaela Dela Cruz is an experienced professional currently serving as the Logistics Lead at LynxDx since July 2020, where responsibilities include streamlining order fulfillment for 34 client facilities’ COVID-19 testing and managing the accuracy of prepared client orders. Prior to this role, Mickaela worked as an Accessioner, processing over 4,500 COVID-19 test samples and preparing more than 20,000 test kits. In early 2020, Mickaela contributed to Kid's Atelier Enrichments as a Development Team Member and Teaching Intern, creating an online physics course for young students. Mickaela also gained valuable experience as a Powertrain Systems Intern with Bosch USA, where investigations into payment discrepancies led to successful collections, and pricing calculations generated numerous customer quotes. Mickaela’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, earned between 2016 and 2021.
