Jeff Nye

Jeff Nye has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jeff is currently working as a Principal - Global Employee Experience at LyondellBasell since January 2021. Prior to that, they founded Bolster Sleep Company in 2017, where they focused on providing high-quality mattresses and bedding to support vocational and technical schools through scholarships and funding. From 2018 to 2022, they served as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Kindred Healthcare. Previously, Jeff held various roles at LyondellBasell, including Global HR Payroll Lead and SAP HR Global Payroll Consultant. Jeff also worked as a Manager, HR Development and Production Support at Cooper Industries. Jeff has experience as an SAP HR Consultant at Vorna Consulting, Inc. and as a Manager at Cap Gemini. Jeff started their career as a Systems Implementation Specialist at Hewitt Associates in 1995.

Jeff Nye received their Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in International/Global Studies from Southwestern University in 1995.
