Sam De Groot is a Senior Digital Project Manager at LyondellBasell since May 2022, where involvement includes leading global digital transformation initiatives and managing technology rollouts across various regions for safety, supply chain, and predictive analytics. Prior to LyondellBasell, Sam held multiple project management roles at NS focusing on digital workplace solutions, identity management, and emergency response systems. Experience at CGI Nederland as a Director in Smart Environment and Mobility involved consulting on complex European tenders and youth care solutions. Sam also contributed to public service through various roles in local government, with a Master of Science in Public Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam and an atheneum degree from de drie waarden.
