Kelly Lyons

Kelly Lyons is an accomplished entrepreneur and financial expert with a diverse background in strategic business planning, fundraising, and financial technology. As the founder of Lyonshare since 2020, Kelly has focused on helping startup founders launch their ventures through a comprehensive approach encompassing operational support and strategic CFO services. As co-founder and CFO of Atlas, a life-enhancement company, Kelly leverages both human and artificial intelligence to assist individuals in financial betterment. Additionally, Kelly serves as an advisor at XRC Labs, supporting innovation in retail technology. Previous roles include President and former CFO at Casa Inc., where leadership spanned finance, operations, HR, and legal functions, and significant contributions at Golub Capital, AIG, and Morgan Stanley in various investment capacities. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance from Boston College and has also studied at The London School of Economics.
