Jessica Mullins

Jessica Mullins is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as VP of People and Culture at LYP Health Management since March 2021, Jessica previously held the position of VP of People and Culture at tilr, where initial consulting efforts transitioned into a role managing human resources, sales, and operations. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at STARTEK, overseeing HR functions in a BPO environment, and as Human Resources Director at Cincinnati Animal Referral & Emergency Center, where Jessica played a key role in establishing management infrastructure. Jessica is pursuing a B.B.A. in Business Administration and Management at the University of Cincinnati.
